Bugly

Bugly is the same as he was during the Great War:a ruthless, cold-hearted, master of Circuit-Su. He is the second-in-command, and his dreams of control have finally been reached. He relishes his role, and the lower-rankings would probably have killed him long ago, if Thunderwing (TNBW), wasn't protecting him. He is the shortest transformer in the series, and does not take well to it being said.

Past

Bugly was one of numerous former Decepticons who received a pardon from their actions in exchange for being rebuilt as Predacons. He became a pit-fighter, nicknamed the '30-Second Death', as this was the longest an opponent had lasted against him. He used his Circuit-Su to literally dismantle his opponents, and became quite well-known. Eventually, he was arrested and jailed.

The Quest

Bugly had just been released from jail, when he saw an ad for Thunderwing's expedition. He signed up in an attempt to escape his house arrest, and met up with Thunderwing at the spaceport.

Capabilities

Bugly was one the most dangerous Decepticons, and his decreased sized has not dulled his skill. His most notable ability is his proficiency at the art of Circuit-Su. He can fire a massive blast of spark energy at opponents, which is quite powerful. He can also fire electro-stings from his hands that can paralyze an opponent for almost an hour at a time. He is also equipped with 6 photon blasters in his beast mode legs, which can be trained independently or converged on a single target. He is not very well-armored, and his Spark blast requires a lot of energy. He is also quite small, and not very physically strong. His stealth more than compensates.

Description

Bugly is primarily black in color, with blue-green accents. He has yellow legs and eyes.
