Cyclonus was a Decepticon General who, like many others, went to earth to find the Allspark. During his time on earth he encountered few Autobots, but before they could act he killed them with his blades. Soon, Starscream informed him that they had found their leader, Megatron. Cyclonus then instructed all Decepticons on earth to find Megatron and destroy any Autobot in their way.

Before becoming a Decepticon, Cyclonus was a commander of the CDS, a planet defense system that protected Cycbertron. Soon, Cyclonus met Megatron, a little well known Separatist that controlled Kaon, the dirty side of Cybertron. Megatron convinced Cyclonus that the ruling council was corrupt and should no longer rule, Cyclonus agreed. Thus he was given the mark of the Separatists, who called themselves the Decepticons. Cyclonus was the Commander of many battles during the Fallen period; he came close to being killed several times.

After Prime and Megatron returned, Cyclonus was informed that Megatron had a plan that would wipe out the Autobots forever. The plan was when the Autobots use this new ship they called the Ark they would surprise them and use the power of Megatrons ship to crush them. After they both crashed landed on earth Cyclonus spent the next million years asleep, Work On Later.....

Cyclonus was known for his rage and power, he was often the most powerful Decepticon in battle, except when Devastator was there with him.
