- "Observation: All life is precious."
Lifeline is rather odd for a Transformer. Brought online by the Autobot Ministry of Science as a drone, he gained a Spark through unknown circumstances. Despite still having the speech mannerisms of an automaton rather than a regular Transformer, he is highly intelligent and proficient at his job as a medic, which is done with his tow hook, which converts to multiple different attatchments like a swiss army knife throgh transfer interlink.
While Lifeline was serving as the medic aboard the research vessel Axalon, it was attacked by the Decepticon ship Darksyde. After the Darksyde converted into the massive Tidal Wave, the Autobots had to escape, and fast.
The ship crashlanded off the coast of Miami, Florida, where the citizens were at first afraid of the Autobots. However, Kenji King, teenage prodigy and CEO of King Technologies, welcomed the Autobots, and they became Miami's local heroes, much like Optimus Prime's crew in Detroit.
Lifeline was the one most responsible for the welcoming, as his tow truck/ambulance alternate mode allowed him to help car crash victims out of tough spots, as well as rescue his fellow Autobots from trouble.
Lifeline was tested in his medical knowledge when the bioterrorist known as Pox attacked the city, unleashing a disease he invted, and only he had the cure. Lifeline fought Pox, and won the cure, which he distributed around the city, all by himself.
Lifeline (Deluxe, 200?)
- Lifeline is an exclusive to a small toy store that was released without most fans knowing. Lifeline converts from a scrubs green tow truck into a tall (for a deluxe) robot mode. His gimmick is the multiple tools that flip out of his right arm, which converts into his tow hook/boom in vehicle mode.
