This sequel to the movie tells about the battles between the remaining earth-bound Decepticons and Autobots. it begins with Optimus Prime surveying Mission City, and continues with adventures of the Decepticons and Autobots rumored to be in the new movie or toyline.

The story begins as Optimus investigates Mission City. He looks around and before long, decides that everything is all clear. He returns to the Autobot base.
Meanwhile, Starscream has returned to Cybertron and is annoyed when Shockwave asks him if he is leader. He snaps that of course he is the leader.
Meanwhile, Ratchet watches Optimus, Bumblebee, and Ironhide set up Teletraan-1. when they can't do it, he fixes it for them. He shakes his head and walks away.
On a highway, Fracture is terrorizing humans. Knock Out stops her.
